Imperial Logistics is an international logistics service provider focusing on warehousing, distribution and supply chain solutions. Within this operational environment, reliable lighting, energy efficiency and minimal disruption to logistical processes are essential.
For this location, the strongly profiled ceiling, combined with the limited mounting height due to the use of reach trucks, presented a specific challenge. Therefore, the choice fell on the Nova Triproof by Deetronix, a compact and robust lighting solution that could be mounted flush against the ceiling without compromising the available headroom.
To carry out the installation efficiently, the existing cabling was reused. This allowed the outdated TL8 luminaires to be replaced on a one-for-one basis, resulting in a swift implementation with minimal impact on daily operations.
In addition, every Nova Triproof luminaire is prepared for sensor technology, allowing the entire installation to be controlled intelligently. This enables presence-controlled lighting and contributes to optimal energy efficiency within the warehouse.
Furthermore, the modular construction of the Nova Triproof offers significant advantages for future maintenance and sustainability. The printed circuit board is easily removable, allowing components to be replaced individually or additional functionalities, such as emergency lighting, to be integrated. Thanks to the integrated DIP switch, the desired light output could be precisely set per room, achieving optimal lighting quality for the entire location using a single product platform.
