Maandag® World carries out sustainable lighting upgrade

Maandag® is a leading secondment organisation that daily connects professionals with organisations within the public sector, healthcare, education and local government, amongst others. For one of its locations, there was a desire to make the outdated TL5 lighting more sustainable without replacing the existing fixtures.

With the Luna Premium retrofit LED TL5 Deetronix achieved an efficient renovation in which the existing luminaires could be completely retained. This approach resulted in a energy saving of 60% and an exceptionally short payback period of just 1.3 years.

Besides the significant energy reduction, the Luna Premium contributes to a comfortable and safe working environment. The light source is completely flicker-free and, in combination with the existing luminaires, complies with the applicable requirements for a professional office environment.
